that week for Rooms Division Management module, the class was practially dead from the lesson and so we got crappy and the class did this,
its so funny la
oh ya the best problem from Serivce Quality and Professional Etiquette module, we are suppose to come out with brand new services for Conrad Hotel and the ideas from the class got very interestingly hilarious. During presentation the class just cant stop laughing
this is my team's presentation. Our idea was that having chefs going up to each room cooking for the guest personally. That is the service blueprint we came up with.
I always love this module. Next week we will be touching on Professional Etiquette, cant wait.
