hey guys,

its been a long time but yeah right now in class having hospitality and tourism management. Mrs Chua is sick today so I am guessing class will be not as tense.

So yesterday on 19 Oct went for my first company dinner and dance at Orchard Hotel. It was a night of masquerade party. It was fun as the food and music was great plus got to see all my ex-managers! and people like steven, kak habib and others. To my suprise one of my classmate is working at Sakae Sushi also. We bump into each other at the toilet lol

Went home by cab and reach home at 2.30am
what was I thinking? I have school the next day

I have been drinking alot of starbucks in the morning before school just to wake myself up.
So far everything is now in a tangled mess

being 19 is starting to be great

I want to say happy birthday to me. Firstly this year, my friends did not manage to celebrate on time is because we are so busy with other stuffs now. But other then that, there will still be a celebration but more of a postpone kinda party.

This was random, sharmine decided to call me and ask if I wanted to accompany his dad and him to Johor on 15 sept night. So I just finish work at that moment and perfect timing I just finish showering. So I grab my passport and stuffs and went down to find his dad's car.

AND so happened by the time I went into the car, it was already 12midnight, so officially it was my birthday.

Lets just say, it was a random-*not planned*-birthday-night-car-ride-to-Johor kind of celebration.

recently on Monday went out with the malay people in W14C(year 1 sem 1) to break fast together.
Off to Orchard Far East Plaza and we dine at Ramen Ten to indulge ourselves in Japanese cuisines.

Other than that, it is just nice to catch up with your old friends.

today when I woke up, I got the best suprise of my life. I was told to go and shower and were told that me and my siblings are going out. So we got dress up and went to Novena Velocity Shopping Centre.


AND!! my sister treated me to a leather Fossil Watch! omggg it is my advance birthday present. I am so thankful
p.s/ love the price sis haha

I am so lucky that I am pampered like this.

After that we roam around to SHOP!
bought loads of pastries at The Royals Cake House. Then groccery shop randomly.
After that off to ION orchard. The main purpose was to look for my younger sis wedges but couldnt find any that she like. But my older sis found the bag that she wanted ;D
went to Wisma taxi stand and cab-ed home!

reached home and just in time for break fast.

Now back to other stuffs,
After looking back at 2009, I have three days from today till I turn 19 myself too. I must say that I started 2009 with a great start. The most achieving thing for me is getting a job and sticking to it for more than a day! hahaha (usually after the first day I will quit already, how spoilt am i?!)
Right now I am already coming to my 7 months of working, can you guys believe it?
and to some of you it may sound like, "so what?!", but to me it is a great achievement for me.
Lets just say that Hei Sushi Sembawang has become my second home and love the people there. After being there for 7 months and counting, I created loads of bond with the people I work with. Seeing one by one of them leaving to either start a new life or basically need to change outlets, made me really sad.

Till now there are alot of people that has already leave the outlet at sembawang. The ones that really impact me is kakak habibah, steven, mia(my supervisor), hai-ni(my supervisor). Really saddens me. Hai-ni just left on 23 August and we both cried when we hugged. She is like the best supervisor you can have as no one treat you like your second mother at work.

And now i am hearing that michelle and erma is leaving also. woah i can't take this people. But I really enjoyed working with this people. I learnt alot from them and thats why I missed them so much. Now the outlet is so empty. Its just so different.

Now I realise how much impact can a person have on you just in 7 months.

I had so much memories with the people who have gone.
I just need to get this out of my chest

first of all would like to wish my friend of mine, a happy 19th birthday.


On 8 Sept, we had a 5-1 gathering again but this time two of our teachers came too. Mrs Tan and Mr Soong were the two teachers. We ended up having dinner together at Pasta Mania at Northpoint. After that some of us went to causeway point to watch night movie.

At the same time we sang a birthday song together in advance for our dear kelly. Well to kelly, I hope you like the things we made for you. When you can see the effort, I hope you will see that we really meant it when we say 'friends for life'

The dinner gathering was awesome. Getting together again made us think that as we move on in our lives, we cannot forget where we come from. When I was there, I really felt comfortable again. I was feeling fine to see familiar faces back again. I guess everyone enjoyed themselves.


But the day before the dinner gathering, some of us(jan,fee,shar,blondie & me) went to sharmine house to make the card and cupcakes for kelly. The process was so much fun and filled with laughter. From the buying of ingredients to making it was the best part.

Singapore Xtreme Championship 2009 event

I am loving the free time I am having now. Well I am planning to start my PP today but it can wait. The past three days, I have been going back and forth to East Coast Park to help up for ESPN event under JIVE. My shift always ended up in the morning one and lucky sean lives in woodlands too, so there is company going the long journey. Its tiring but the fun you have doing events with your friends makes it all worth while.

Well the event was awesome. Seeing the athletes riding and doing stunts either with their bmx bikes, skates or inline skating made my jaw dropped. The crowd was good and the people there are fun to hang out with. Made a lot of random friends and spot a couple of hot babes too man.

The first day was boring as it was a rehearsel day and there wasnt much to do. So we were just pretty much slacking around plus suntanning too. Then me and the guys came back on saturday for the night party. Kinda like having a boys night out. The last day was the best. Me and the guys stayed for two shifts to meet with kelly, hoi yan and mable so that we can have our shift together. After the event was done, the rest of us except PK and zac, went to Mac to have our dinner. Train-ed home and we slept through the whole journey.

On the last day of the event, it had to rain. So yeah everything was delayed and while waiting we decided to do what we do best.

Got to take a picture with TAKESHI YASUTOKO. He is best in Inline and multi-gold medalist X Games. In other words, he is like the best of the best and we got to snap a picture with him and also his signature.

The event features world-class, gold medalist, famous athletes conducting FREE Demos and Clinics! So there were Ryan Guettler (BMX, multi-X Games medalist) and Trevor Ward (Skateboard, legendary skater) also. Plus there were loads of media trying to interview them.

Overall it was great. If this is how I start my holidays with, just imagine of the upcoming activities im packed with during the semester break.
